Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, optional business name, selected issue, response preference, contact detail, optional brief message, and permission to respond. Digital office records and files are stored separately from public website content.
Storage and access
The website is hosted on Vercel, with an authenticated office, a Supabase database, and private file storage. Access is restricted to authorized firm accounts. Payment processing is not connected. Requests are stored for the firm to review; no automatic email reply is sent.
Your choices
Contact jmichalakes@gunning-llc.com about privacy questions. Do not include confidential information in a public inquiry. No marketing subscription is created from an inquiry. This build does not add advertising pixels or analytics trackers.
Retention and launch review
Inquiry records remain in the firm’s private office until an authorized firm account removes them. Ask the firm about its retention practices for a specific matter.
