This notice explains what the website collects and how the firm stores it. Do not send confidential case details through the public form.
Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, optional business name, selected issue, response preference, contact detail, optional brief message, and permission to respond. It also records how you reached the site, as a short label such as a search engine, a referring website, or an advertising campaign name. That label is kept with your inquiry in the firm’s own records so the firm knows which efforts bring enquiries. It is recorded whether or not you accept the optional measurement below, it does not include any advertising click identifier, and it is not sent to any advertising provider. You may also tell us how you heard about the firm, which is optional and may be left blank. Digital office records and files are stored separately from public website content.
Storage and access
The website is hosted on Vercel, with an authenticated office, a Supabase database, and private file storage. Access is restricted to authorized firm accounts. Payment processing is not connected. Requests are stored for the firm to review; no automatic email reply is sent.

Contact jmichalakes@gunning-llc.com about privacy questions. Do not include confidential information in a public inquiry. No marketing subscription is created from an inquiry.
Optional website and advertising measurement
If you choose Allow measurement, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages and actions such as a received inquiry or a click to call. Advertising click identifiers may be used to understand which ads bring inquiries. We do not use this measurement for personalized advertising.
Form answers, names, contact details, case descriptions, uploaded files and private office records are not sent through this measurement. When available, use Analytics preferences in the footer to allow or decline measurement or withdraw your choice. The site also respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Declining does not prevent you from contacting the firm.
Retention and launch review
Inquiry records remain in the firm’s private office until an authorized firm account removes them. Ask the firm about its retention practices for a specific matter.
